The Stabila 196-2 Spirit Level is a durable, lightweight tool designed for tradespeople who require precise level and plumb readings on site.
Constructed from extra-strong, light metal with a rectangular profile and a ribbed frame, it features rubberised hand grips and removable end caps with anti-slip wall pads to hold the level steady against a wall with one hand.
It includes two vertical vials and one horizontal vial for quick checks in multiple orientations. Two milled measuring surfaces aid marking along the length; note that the 180 cm variants do not feature milled surfaces.
Accuracy is 0.029° (0.5 mm per metre) in normal position and 0.029° (0.5 mm per metre) for overhead measurements.
