Application Instructions
- Ensure surfaces are sound, clean, and free of dust, oil, or loose material
- Cut cartridge and nozzle to suit bead size and fit into a standard caulking gun
- Apply 5mm beads to one surface—spacing at 100–150mm for rigid materials or 200–500mm for lightweight boards
- Press parts firmly together within 10 minutes
- Support if needed until cured
- Clean uncured adhesive with white spirit; cured material must be removed mechanically
Limitations & Precautions
- Not suitable for polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), PTFE or bitumen-covered surfaces
- Do not use on mirrors with safety backing film
- Not suitable for areas under constant water immersion
- Do not bond to painted finishes that cannot support mechanical loads
